The job of an IT Project Manager is demanding and varied. The job requires a combination of technical knowledge, leadership skills, communication skills and a strong sense of organization. Intermediate level (2-5 years of experience):

Experienced (5-10 years of experience):
For experienced IT Project Managers with several years of professional experience, the salary could be in the range of EUR 80.000 to EUR 100.000 or higher.

Senior level (over 10 years' experience):
At senior level, IT Project Managers can earn an annual salary of EUR 100.000 to EUR 120.000 or more.
